You'll master the prompt formula that makes AI ten times more useful, and apply it to your work, your learning, and your creativity — before graduating to power moves: custom GPTs and Gems, AI agents that handle multi-step tasks, and connecting AI to the apps you already use.

Finally, you'll learn to stay safe and smart: what never to share with an AI, how to spot hallucinations, deepfakes, and scams, an honest and calm look at AI and jobs, and a simple fifteen-minute-a-week system for keeping up as AI keeps evolving.
