About This Free Course
Three full practice exams for the Certified Forensic Claims Consultant credential. Each paper is 100 multiple-choice questions in three hours. The point is to find out, while you still have time, whether your reading of delay, quantum, causation, records, and expert method holds up under a clock.
WHAT THIS COURSE IS
A practice-test course. There are no lectures. You sit the paper, see which answer fails, and go back to the records and the method. It is training, not a substitute for claims experience.
TRY TWO SAMPLE QUESTIONS
Sample 1. The owner directs the contractor in writing to accelerate and agrees to pay. How does this differ from constructive acceleration?
A) It is identical to constructive acceleration, because in both cases the contractor works faster.
B) It cannot be compensated, because the owner can always demand faster work for free.
C) It is voluntary acceleration, because the contractor agreed to the instruction in writing.
D) It is directed acceleration under an instruction, not acceleration inferred from refusing time.
Answer: D. Directed acceleration is an express instruction. Constructive acceleration is inferred from conduct, typically a refused time extension followed by pressure to finish.
Sample 2. The owner asks for a recovery schedule after contractor-caused slippage, and the contractor adds shifts. How are the added costs usually treated?
A) As owner costs, because any request for a recovery schedule is an acceleration order.
B) As owner costs, because added shifts are compensable once a schedule is requested.
C) As shared costs split equally, because the owner requested the schedule.
D) As the contractor's own risk, because the contractor is recovering its own delay.
Answer: D. Recovering one's own delay is normally at one's own cost. A request for a recovery schedule is not, by itself, an order to accelerate at the owner's expense.
THE REAL EXAM AND THIS TRAINING
The real CFCC exam is usually five hours. It has 100 multiple-choice questions and four written essays. You pass with an overall average of 70 % across five sections: the multiple-choice section and each essay. Results are released as pass or fail only. The real exam is open book. A candidate may use two bound resources.
These practice exams are three hours and multiple-choice only. The essays are not included. Three hours is for training, so you can work the questions without writing the essays in the same sitting. A 70 % score here is a training target for that set. It is not the official pass rule, because the official result averages the essays as well.
WHAT EACH EXAM COVERS
Each exam follows the multiple-choice mix in the CFCC examination guide:
Legal knowledge, dispute resolution, and rules of evidence: 35 questions
Cost damages, estimating, and loss of productivity: 20 questions
Planning, scheduling, and delay analysis: 15 questions
Project management and documentation: 15 questions
Ethics and professional practice: 15 questions
HOW THE QUESTIONS WERE DEVELOPED
The questions are original training items. They are not recalled examination questions. Each item has one best answer and a short explanation. Questions that did not have a single defensible answer were revised or left out.
WHO THIS IS FOR
People who already work with construction claims, delay, quantum, or expert evidence, and who want a timed check before they sit the real exam.
WHO SHOULD NOT ENROL
Anyone looking for official or live CFCC questions, or for a lecture course instead of practice. This course does not replace the eligibility rules, the two-resource open-book rule, or the essay portion of the real exam.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Not an official CFCC exam. Not affiliated with AACE International or the AACE Certification Institute.
Who Should Take This Course
"CFCC Practice Tests 2026: 3 Forensic Claims Consultant Exams" is aimed at people who want a practical, structured introduction to business without paying full price for it. It's a solid fit if you're starting out in business and want a guided course rather than piecing tutorials together yourself, if you've tried free YouTube content on the topic and want something more organized, or if you already work in a related area and want a refresher you can finish at your own pace. Since enrollment happens on Udemy itself, you keep full access to view the lectures, download any provided resources, and revisit the material later — this isn't a stripped-down or time-limited version of the course.
Why This Course Is Worth Taking
Our take: this listing earns a spot on DeelCart because the coupon we verified actually brings the price to $0, not just a token discount, and the course carries a 4.5/5 rating on Udemy. That combination — real reviews plus a working 100% OFF code — is what we look for before publishing a business course. It won't replace hands-on experience or a full degree program, but as a low-risk way to test whether business is worth pursuing further, or to pick up one specific skill, the free price tag makes it an easy yes while the coupon lasts.
